How to get a Mississippi insurance license

As a state-certified life and health insurance education provider, our goal is to guide you through the pre-licensing process. In addition to completing your pre-licensing training, we have simplified the steps to attaining your Mississippi insurance license.
Our Mississippi Pre-Licensing Education Provider ID: 15021684

Step 1: Complete an Mississippi Pre-Licensing Insurance Course

To qualify for the Mississippi insurance license exam, you must complete a pre-licensing insurance course that is certified by the Mississippi Insurance Department. Upon passing the pre-licensing course final exam, you will be awarded a Certificate of Course Completion. While Mississippi no longer requires pre-licensing for the life insurance license, this course follows the same comprehensive standards and curriculum as our other state-approved courses.

Our Mississippi pre-licensing insurance courses cover the various insurance concepts, definitions, insurance laws and agent regulations listed on the Mississippi Examination Content Outline. Courses are presented in a clear and concise format and include instructional videos, interactive illustrations, practice exams and student support.
