Description of Service

This service is a state-approved course offered entirely online, which upon successful completion of such course, satisfies state required pre-licensing for your respective state, and in respect to the course for which you register. This course will cover those topics likely to be found on the exam in your respective state, and is created in complete compliance with rules set forth by the Department of Insurance in such state. At the completion of this course, you must successfully pass an online exam in order to receive credit for this course and be eligible to sit for the state exam. The following states do not require pre-licensing in order for an individual to qualify to sit for the state exam, and although courses offered in these states follow the same format as our courses in states that require pre-licensing, they are not required by the state's Department of Insurance: Alaska, Arizona, District of Columbia, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Wyoming.

Refund Policy

A refund period is provided for online course enrollment only, excluding printed material, within the first 30 days of your course enrollment if less than 50% of the course is accessed upon the date of your request. Refunds will not be given if it is beyond 30 days from date of course enrollment or if more than 50% of the course lessons have been accessed. Printed material, such as the study manual and all costs associated with the manual including taxes and shipping & handling, is nonrefundable. You will have 60 days from the date you begin your course to complete the course, pass the online exam, and utilize the online materials. If you are unable to complete this course and exam within this period, pro-rated enrollment extension options are available to extend your enrollment. Refunds for pro-rated enrollment extensions following the same refund policy as that of the initial course enrollment.

Guarantee Pass

To qualify for the Guarantee Pass, students must complete all course lessons, pass the final exam, and pass two consecutive Guarantee Pass exams within three business days of their scheduled state licensing exam. The state exam must then be taken within three business days of passing the second Guarantee Pass exam. If the student does not pass the state exam after meeting these conditions, they may request either unlimited course access until they pass or a full refund of their initial enrollment fee—provided the request, including state exam results, is submitted within seven business days of the failed attempt. Course extensions are not included in this guarantee and are non-refundable. If a student requests and is approved for a refund under the Guarantee Pass program, all access to course materials will be revoked immediately. The Guarantee Pass becomes void in cases of exam misconduct, failure to appear for the scheduled state exam, or if the student takes a state exam that does not correspond with the pre-licensing course in which they were originally enrolled.
